Event Description
Freeman is in charge of Art Walk for Friday, June 26 at the Tench Art Studios. He will be doing a piece of installation art of a homeless campsite in the gallery at the Tench Studios, South Main St and 2nd Ave Downtown. We have tentatively named it "Let Them Play Golf" to memorialize the City Commission's outreach to low-income golfers, in the form of a million dollar + renovation of Ironwood Golf Course,
He is inviting artists and photographers - both amateur and professional (whatever that means) to join in. Art could include paintings and photos of wooded areas, the downtown plaza,...found art, junk sculptures and whatever.... Anyone interested in exhibiting, email Freeman at boobfree@hotmail.com.
