"I just watched a video from charity: water, in which Matt Damon shows us the terrible plight of the hundreds of millions of people who live without access to clean water and sanitation.
Then I took action with ONE and asked my senators to cosponsor the Senator Paul Simon Water for the World Act of 2009 (S.624), which will help bring first-time, sustainable access to clean water and sanitation to a hundred million of the world's poorest people.
