Well, I don't cook Mexican food (although my friend Scott does and he's an amazing chef) but I sure eat at a lot Mexican restaurants and so can give a few tips on places in South Orange County (California that is). Be sure to check out Wahoo's whenever you get a chance.

Oh, and if you're in LA don't miss Tito's Tacos. Just a little north of LAX in Culver City.
