About Zoobird Herb Lovers
Herbs and spices are pretty amazing. When you think about it, those magical little spices and herbs can make or break your meals. Some of the best stuff out of Ethiopia is based on Berbere. There's Tyson and Saddam in Senegal. And, check out Mojo, the succulent, tangy Mexican marinade. Herbs are healers, too. We have so much to share here in the Zoobird Herb lovers group. Come in and tell us what you know. We're anxious to learn...and share!
We want to learn how to best grow herbs: when, where, in what kind of soil. We're interested in herb and spice use. Herbs in healing interest us. Spices? What's your mid-week meal? The one you just make without thinking because it tasts just the way you like it?
