Energizing Veggie Shake
Today's brunch.
Little seeds you see the plate are Fenugreek seeds.
Added Cinnamon and Turmeric to the juice, along with some Ginger powder.
Now, am set for for several hours
Reckon I will stay bici (pun intended)

Looks delicious! That's one I haven't tried. I don't have much experience with Fenugreek. I'll give it a shot...
