Hi Shelley, Thanks for adding me today. I actually have started back trying to reconstruct my yoga routine. It feels good to be doing it again. I have also been doing mostly raw foods the past few days and feel great except for some reason I feel a little too full even though I haven't eaten much. Now how about joining me in Environmental Zoo. I'd love your input. I took my first trash liner order yesterday and my employee made them today. I'm starting slowly. You can see pictures of them on my page.

Hi Michelle, I'd like to add my welcome to you to Zoobird. I notice we have many of the same interests. I'd be interested in raw food ideas. I juice, do salads and fruits but not everything raw. I'm trying to get back into Yoga again. I did it for two years and was getting pretty limber. I'd love you to add me as your friend on here and to join my group, Environmental Zoo. Blessings, Ellen
Hi Michelle and welcome to Zoobird! You're the second Boise member to join this week. Love that photo. How's the backpacking in your area? I hope you enjoy Zoobird. Take a look at the groups and join the ones you're interested in. Participate in and start some discussions. You'll find some very interesting people here that you may already know.
"The noticeably bitter taste of turnip greens has been linked by researchers to its calcium content. On an ounce-for-ounce basis, turnip greens contain about 4 times more calcium than a much less bitter-tasting cruciferous vegetables like cabbage."
Have you always wanted to make your own bread? Well, here's a little article about making rye bread with a bread machine. This bread machine came from a thrift store and only cost $11.99! The ingredients to make Russian Rye were so simple you won't believe how easy it was. Enjoy!
