How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:( mr.frankkwabena0033@yahoo.com.hk ) for the full details.
Hi Jose, I just missed your chat message...I was on the phone. Here's the basil from my garden. Click on the photo and you'll see a few more pictures from this weekend at the community garden.
Hi Jose! Glad you like the Zoobird concept. You know, it's all about enjoying this life of ours. We're here and it's all up to us. We have the tools and we just need to use some brainpower and love to get the wheels going. I made some stir fry basil this weekend and it turned out better than ever. Joint effort here at home, with fresh fish and oyster sauce, basil straight from my garden and loads of green bell pepper, green onion and celery. Brown rice, a little chili pepper and jalapeno and brown sugar...every time the taste gets closer to what we like. I can't wait to stop by your restaurant and try some Spanish cuisine! Enjoy the day, amigo. Love that profile photo. All the best, Michael
Hi Jose! It was great meeting you yesterday in the fantastic sunshine by the lake at the community exercise spot. I've already recalled our conversation about putting other than usual ingredients in waffles like shrimp. I hope you enjoy Zoobird and look forward to seeing you post some recipes you like. I look forward to continuing our conversations about various foreign cuisines and culture. All the best, Michael PS: Here's a gift from my community garden. It's an urban mandala. Enjoy!
"The noticeably bitter taste of turnip greens has been linked by researchers to its calcium content. On an ounce-for-ounce basis, turnip greens contain about 4 times more calcium than a much less bitter-tasting cruciferous vegetables like cabbage."
Have you always wanted to make your own bread? Well, here's a little article about making rye bread with a bread machine. This bread machine came from a thrift store and only cost $11.99! The ingredients to make Russian Rye were so simple you won't believe how easy it was. Enjoy!
