 cology and has been a student and practitioner of herbal medicine for 
 nearly 20 years, this class\nwill include a stroll to see some edible 
 and medicinal weeds in downtown Gainesville. Late winter and early spr
 ing are particularly bountiful times for\nedible greens in Florida, so
  come on out and see nature’s smorgasbord. Tastings will demonstrate
  that these flavorful, mineral-rich plants can take an\nimportant par
