  extra chairs if possible!!!- Supervise children at all times. - Free
  use of the communal kitchen, living room, washing machine, outdoor sh
 ower, hammock, back to the land library. - We now have enough utensil
 s, plates, bowls, & cloth napkins for 100 people (so no disposable ite
 ms are needed). - Bring acoustic instruments (no drumming after dark,
  to keep the neighbors happy). - This is a no-smoking & no-drug event
