  the\nUniversity of Central Florida in the Cape Florida Ballroom of th
 e\nStudent Union. His presentation will be on \"Storms and Opportuniti
 es: A\nPlanetary Energy and Climate Discussion.\"\n\nOrlando, an indus
 trial engineer with degrees from Georgia Tech\nUniversity, has been wo
 rking at the EPA's Atlanta Regional Office for\nover 18 years. For 16 
 of those years, he has been the Regional Program\nManager for Energy S
 tar, and a technical contact for climate change.\n\nOrlando is part of
  the ‘energy team’ that qualified the Sam Nunn\nAtlanta Federal Ce
 nter, the ninth largest Federal Building in the\ncountry, as an ENERGY
  STAR building. The building was re-qualified in\nMay 2007 and present
 ly has a score of 98 and is pursuing LEED Silver\nstatus.\n\nOrlando h
 as been featured in many news programs, televisions spots and\npublica
 tions over the years, and can now be seen in the national version\nof 
 \"Kilowatt Ours,\" a Jeff Barrie Production (the film is now showing o
 n\nPBS stations across the country), and as a commentator on the Power
