Event Description

On August 12 through the 14th you can join the Sierra Club’s Eastside Forest Committee for a weekend of camping. The Sierra Club’s Eastside Forest Committee is currently running a campaign to provide protection for the forest area east of Waldo Lake in Central Oregon. This forest contains uncut growth that adds to the open feel and beauty of it. With wonderful mountain views, a grand forest, and many trails it's a wonder that the area is still unprotected. Come out for the weekend of August 12th-14th and experience natures finest as you familiarize yourself with the area and its many attractions. You can go here to register.
