DESCRIPTION:This will be a full day of learning the bounty of our Flor
 ida edible and medicinal mushrooms. Oliver Moore (long time funguy of 
 Abundant Edible Landscapes and I (Mycol) will download and fill your h
 eads with as much info you can absorb and turn you into the fungiphyll
 es that we are! The workshop will start with mycology 101 and how to k
 ey out and identify mushrooms. We will then go on a mushroom “hunt�
 � in the afternoon and cook up any scores. A mushroom slide show will 
 be presented in the evening if time allows. We will also discuss medic
 inal mushrooms and growing techniques. Bring camera, notebook, field g
 uides, bug spray, grub etc.Cost: 75$ (or equivalent barter)Date: Aug 1
