Spinach and Pine Nuts ::: or, let's try Lambsquarters

One of my favorite meals is so simple, it should be illegal: Saute some garlic and pine nuts in oil and add spinach, salt and pepper. It's so good!

Well, the twist I want to try is to substitute lambsquarters for the spinach. That's it!

OK, so you may be wondering about the photo below. It's some beautiful flowers that were growing in my lambsquarters in the garden. Amazingly beautiful!
