Beautiful! I just found out our local coffee shop, Austin's Coffee, has one of Winter Park, FL's only roasters. I may bring some Ethiopean beans by and have them roasted.
I wrote a little about my experience roasting, or learning how easy it is to roast coffee beans here, in Elephant Journal.
As with many other things, it's not difficult to roast beans. It's difficult to do it well!
