    This is the bike I was talking about at 8th Ave Bikes and Coffee:

    Miele ::: the "Canadian Colnago" this one's ~48cm (Jensen) love 'em. One this small is super rare

    The bike is a little more than you wanted to spend, but I think it's a great investment. It's a little smaller than 48cm...
