Take a note - Mcol Stevens and Marc Williams will lead you to a weekend of fun and learning, food and memories at the Hostel in the Forest. Mycol is a botany expert and Marc, also botany aficionado will teach about fermentation. Watch for details, but I guarantee this is an exceptional learning experience.
