Dangerously organic!

Carla gave me Madhur Jaffrey's"Indian Cooking" to help me learn from one of her favorite chefs. I had a bag of okra begging me to do something spicy and I found this recipe for Kutchhi Bhindi - Sweet and Sour Okra.

I've always wondered how to get that sweet and sour taste. Well, here's the Zoobird version:

Heat some coriander, cumin and turmeric with garlic and chili peppers in oil. Add a little water and some okra and cook a little. Then, the magic ingredients: add some sugar, salt and lemon juice.

Verdict? Mission accomplished!
