But the City is now allowing residents to have curb side gardens between the street and the sidewalk. They were previously banned, except with a special permit, but now many of beautifying the neighborhoods. My first year garden has been providing me greens for most of the year. I think this is a 12 month gardening region; for many vegetables. I'm love playing in the garden area I have and will keep expanding it. PIcked up about 80 gallons of very well composted manure from Kellsey City Park with many animals and a kids viewing, get close to the animals program. Rabbits, ducks, horses, a huge pig listening to a radio in her stall, cow, chickens. NIce ride with my four year old grandson who loved the adventure.
