What a story! The book, "Seeds to Skillet", slated to be written sometime soon will surely be a hit. It will hopefully preserve some of the stories that have entertained organic produce lovers at the garden. Meanwhile, the area this photo of blueberries (below) was taken is today (the Hawthorne Hostel in Portland, OR) experiencing temperatures in the 90's and even 100's F. Believe it or not, it's in the 70's F here in the Swamp right now! A good time to be in the garden.
