Dangerously organic!

Happy New Year, Zoobirders! We'll all be thinking about times gone by and the coming year today. Zoobird has grown to hundreds of members this year. Thanks for all the content. We've got the whole healthy, organic lifestyle represented here. If you see something missing that you'd like, just let us know.

My favorite parts of Zoobird have been the new fiction, the fun I've had telling about Great Days in the Garden, and all the things I've learned from you.

I have plans to grow some interesting, tasty things in the garden this spring.

Maybe we'll add some rain barrels to the house, solar power and arrange the plants in a way that works better.

What are your thoughts? What are your favorite things here in Zoobird? Do you have some exciting new things to tackle next year? Do you have thoughts to share or events of the past to recollect? Please, feel free to comment here or start your own discussion here on Zoobird. Have fun, be safe and watch this community grow...by participating yourself!

It's a blue moon tonight! Here's a photo I took of the moon just as it began to rise last night:

I have a feeling this year is going to be about how to make our world more peceful and harmonious with the natural cycles. Full moon tonight, the energies are storng. Gathering here in Seattle this afternoon for a peace vigil; the group has been meeting for 20 years around Greenwood Lake a popular community walking area with speakers, sharings, commitments, and walking around the lake holding candles. Tonight the Dances of Unviversal Peace are having a gathering and dance which they do every year as In Gainesville to create the vibrations we all need for the coming time. I'm believe that as much as we can, our energies, as much and as often as we can have to be for the whole and not for the part. It's hard getting our ego out of what we do, but it seems like something is afoot, been obvious for a longer time than most of us know, but that time is here and we are the bearers of burden as well as of the light which we need to enrich and spead as wide a circle as we can.
